Shipping policy

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. We prepare and ship your order as soon as we can once received. Processing of orders may take up to 24 hours.  During holidays and other peak times, orders may take up to 48-72 hours to be processed. 

We’ve built great relationships with our shipping partners, UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS; however, all shipping is subject to each carriers’ terms & conditions and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that because these are real roses, a few petals may naturally fall off during shipping.

We are not responsible for lost packages, mishandled packages or other errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond of our control, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, Acts of God, or any other extraordinary circumstances that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Customer will be advised of charges, taxes and fees associated with an Order before or after processing. You might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).

  • Charges include Tariff and other import fees on International Orders
  • Customer is responsible for International Taxes and all other Charges associated with any International Order (according the local rates).
  • Free shipping on orders over $99USD. If customer needs the Express Plus Service, you will have to pay the extra fees.

The international shipping to some countries can take 2-4 weeks, express plus can take 4-7days, even longer for some slow-to-ship countries. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Insurance

We do not offer delivery insurance. If you need, you can buy it by yourself.
