Because Floral Isle arrangements are handmade and prepared individually, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and orders cannot be canceled or modified once production or fulfillment has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed individually and, when approved, may be resolved with a replacement, replacement component, repair solution, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Damage Claims

Our natural stone arrangements are packed using multiple protective layers, custom-fitted protective foam, and securing straps designed to help keep the product stable during transit.

If shipping damage occurs, please contact info@floralisle.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the outer shipping package
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• A clear photo of the shipping label
• Your order number
• A continuous unboxing video showing the package and product condition

Please retain the product and all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed. Claims may be evaluated together with carrier records, packaging condition, fulfillment records, and other available evidence. Additional documentation may be requested when reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, with processing taking up to 72 hours during peak periods. Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
